Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are free of charge if made through the online reservation system by 4pm, two (2) days before your arrival.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
  • Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged if canceled or in the case of a no-show.
