Yes, Chestnut is fully accessible. There is barrier free access to the main lobby of the building and elevators to each floor. Our parking garage is also accessible.

They provide multiple garage entries and exits for the purchased duration. The pass time starts at the moment of the purchase from the machine.

Important information
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are free of charge if made through the online reservation system by 4pm, two (2) days before your arrival.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
- Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged if canceled or in the case of a no-show.
Pre-Authorization Policy
- At the time of booking, we place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card for the first night’s stay.
- This is a temporary hold, not a charge, and it will be released per your bank’s policies (typically within a few days).
- For questions about pre-authorizations, please contact your bank.
