FAQ
Please note there is no air conditioning anywhere in the building. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Yes, free wi-fi is available for guest use in our common areas. Due to our historical architecture our internet connectivity is limited. We are not able to provide a strong internet connection in all of our spaces, including bedrooms.
Towels and toiletries are not provided for your stay. Please remember to bring any items you need with you.
No, all bathrooms are traditional dormitory style and are shared. Guests will have access to shared mixed gender washrooms, including toilet stalls and shower cubicles, on each floor.
Breakfast is not included. However, there are lots of places nearby to pick up a tasty meal to start your day!
No, we do not have TVs in our bedrooms.
Only guests aged 18 years and over are permitted to stay at Knox Residence.
Please note that, due to our heritage architecture, Knox Residence is not fully accessible. There is no elevator access and all areas are accessed by stairs.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are free of charge if made through the online reservation system by 4pm, two (2) days before your arrival.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
- Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged if canceled or in the case of a no-show.
