Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are free of charge if made through the online reservation system by 4pm, two (2) days before your arrival.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
- Reservations marked as non-refundable cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged if canceled or in the case of a no-show.

Yes, Oak House is fully accessible. There is barrier free access to the main lobby of the building and elevators to each floor.
